Brian Lund, CPP®, Senior VP has key responsibilities for the overall processes and systems that support the business. Brian has over 32 years’ experience in the security and life safety industry, IT and cyber education, and is continually coaching and mentoring team members.
As the Director of Human Resources, Steve brings over 20 years of experience to manage all aspects of the HR function. Steve collaborates with Senior Management on strategic initiatives with a strong focus on staffing and talent development, employee retention, and process improvement.
Bringing over 30 years of expertise, Javier Huaracha oversees the management of sales, engineering and project management for the San Jose Enterprise Division. Javier is a dedicated leader who guides his team in planning strategic courses of action and improved productivity.
Jim Rider brings over 35 years in Fire and Life Safety systems to the team. Dedicated to customer satisfaction and a vision for growth, he leads the Fire Division in pursuit of excellence. Jim believes leading by example will add value to the customer experience.
Dave Gish has spent his 40+ year career in the CATV, Data Communications, and Security / Life Safety industries. Dave currently leads our Nevada operations in a wide variety of business elements. He understands that ingenuity and resourcefulness is what separates capability from excellence.
Utilizing 32 years of industry experience, Tom Hanes plans, coordinates and manages all business operations in the Sacramento region to achieve customer and organization business targets. Tom brings a culture of team development, and customer service, while ensuring alignment of corporate initiatives and growth.
With 20 years’ experience, Dan Ricci came to RFI in 2011 as a technician and moved up though Project Management to his current leading our Seattle office. He enjoys time in the outdoors with family and is a lifetime member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
