Application software provides the necessary functionality and hardware interfaces for your system to operate properly.  Maintaining current application software is critical to the optimal performance of your access control system.
Software Support Agreements are manufacturer specific, however they most often include:

• Software maintenance releases
• New product releases and Firmware updates
• Telephone technical support and after-hours emergency support
• Remote diagnostics

RFI can customize a service plan to meet your very specific needs.  Using either our Full Service Maintenance Agreement or Standard Labor Agreement as the backbone, we’ll work with you to select additional services to give you a comprehensive and cost effective plan – all under one agreement.

Service Management Portal

Our Service Management Portal is a comprehensive online data management tool that gives you the ability to access important security system data via the internet.  This advanced technology gives you the opportunity to view and capture real time system activity as it occurs.  Accordingly, you are able to process important information and make solid and well informed decisions.
